la rapidez de respuesta, si necesitas una respuesta rapida a tus clientes, proveedores, etc... lo archivos fisicos no son para ti...
la utilización de los datos, si hay datos que se deben usar en varias areas de la organizacion... y no saben ni como organizarlo.... o manejan demasiados volumenes de datos...
estadisticas... necesitas estadisticas para tomar decisiones...
esas pienso son las principales... hay muchas mas... pero con esas ya es suficiente como para implantar no?
