Is "flan" an English word ? In New York I wanted a flan and
they told me it was called "caramel".
"Jello" chocolate pudding is new to me.
Chocolate pudding, in my childhood, was a dessert made with
cocoa ("cacao") and milk, with other things, as corn flour
(I believe it was corn flour , I'm better at eating than at
cooking). Then they began to sell a product at the
supermarket that instantly became pudding when mixed with
milk (all the art gone, and the original taste with it).
