1)"I", in English, is always written with a CAPITAL letter.

2)I would say that a basic CV (pronounced "see-vee") should be only
one foolscap sheet (A4 size) in length. It is not meant to be a
complete biography!

Rather than ramble on with desultory details I shall write out one
such typical example:
