Sue -- The schools were closed yesterday because the roads were too slick
to be safe. Very little traffic could be heard from our house. We stayed
home and only went outside to bring more firewood off the porch or to feed
the animals.
It was cold, with a low about 17 and a high of about 37. Rained or drizzled
all day. Today is expected to be a little warmer and not much
precipitation.
I hope you're able to put an end to being bothered by spam. I get spam in
English, Spanish, Hebrew, and occasionally in German. A few weeks ago, I
started getting spam which is transliterated Russian. That's interesting to
read to try and figure out the words but, like the English, the sentences
make no sense.
Daughter's school classes and gym workout for yesterday were cancelled, and
there are none scheduled for today so I get the luxury of not needing to
chauffeur her for 4 days in a row!
