Hi,

Just had an insight I'd like to whare:
Isn't the question: Do I understand what Unitary Perception and what's
keeping me from living in UP, right now.

Inner conflict that is always happening, the movement of escaping from
that inner conflict, the search to BE something "better", more
ethical, more "moral" compared to what I am right now - and I do not
like what I am. Are we just trying to be better than what we actually
are?

All of this is just self concern. While it is happening I don't see
all light and hear all sound as I feel the gravity beneath my feet.
What would happen if I, just for a minute could "see" such inner
conflict and notice all senses functioning at the same time, right
now, peacefully.. effortlessly... without "wanting" anything, even to
transform what is seen in such state - which is a state of intense
observation = Unitary Perception?

Why don't we attempt it more often? Is it because we are lazy? Is it
because we aren't really interested and just want to adjust what, in
our Egos, we feel it's wrong or "could be better". Are we just
pursuing satisfaction?

If that is so then we did not understand the nature and importance of
UP, have we?

I see I am lazy, I see I just want a formula to "be" better and to
"stop the inner discomfort of constant conflict" as I try to be aware
of the totallity of my visual field, all light and all sound. I also
feel the weight of my body. That is all.

Let's try it and see what happens.
