Detail design and development of J2EE/XML applications, analysis of
business requirement, impact analysis, build functional
requirements, resolve functional and technical problems, assist
users in developing requirements and mentor more junior developers.
Participate in all Development Life Cycle. Demonstrate expertise in
JAVA, J2EE (Servlets, JSP and JDBC, EJB (desired)), and Web Services
(desired). Experience with JBOSS or similar, Eclipse, CVS or
similar, is good desired. DB2 knowledge is well-valued. Show
ability to do multiple assignments. Excellent oral and written
English skills and Team Player. For senior position plan and make
development assignments, keep development on plan, assist in project
planning and success in leading a web development team is good
