SEÑOR JEFE DE GOBIERNO
SEÑORES POLICIA FEDERAL
LA PRESENTE ES PARA SOLICITAR EL CONTROL DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL DECRETO ORDENANZA NUMERO 12.867, QUE PROHIBE LA TRACCIÓN A SANGRE EN CAPITAL. PUES REPRESENTA UN REAL PELIGRO PARA PEATONES AUTOMOVILISTAS Y USUARIOS DE SERVICIOS DE TRANSPORTE PÚBLICOS. ADEMAS DE VIOLAR LA LEY DE TRANSITO.
LOS CIUDADANOS DE BUENOS AIRES NO DESEAMOS VIVIR EN UN CAOS NI TAMPOCO SUFRIR VIENDO A ESOS POBRES CABALLOS QUE VIENEN DE LEJOS, CARGANDO PESOS ENORMES, LOS ANIMALES NO SE MERECEN ESO, NI LOS CONTRIBUYENTES TAMPOCO.
A LA ESPERA DE UNA PRONTA SOLUCIÓN A ESTE PROBLEMA QUE TANTO MALESTAR CAUSA A LA MAYORÍA DE LOS VECINOS ME DESPIDO ATENTAMENTE.
