En el video, el instructor, Subteniente, Combo Aguilar ordeno a los soldados conseguir un perro. El perro fue amarrado para que no pudiera moverse. Combo Aguilar primero torturo al animal en frente del grupo. Después de torturar al perro, procedió a apuñalar a este perro inocente muchas veces en la cabeza. El perro aun vivo aullaba de desesperación y de dolor, así que el Subteniente Combo Aguilar, agarro su machete y lo decapito. Luego removió el corazón del pobre perro, y paso el corazón por el rostro de los soldados e inclusive pidió a uno que le diera un mordisco.
Favor firmar la petición para protestar por el uso de animales en el entrenamiento de militares por el Ejército Boliviano y pedir a las autoridades de Bolivia que tomen medidas para suprimir el uso de animales en entrenamientos militares.

If they do this to a dog, what will they do to the enemy's babies?! This type of sadistic behavior will lead to a brutal violation of the Geneva conventions and all human standarts!!! Is Bolivia willing to take responsibility for that?? You must make sure this Lieutenant and all his soldiers are removed from their positions in the army and sent to jail instead!
