Los chicos y chicas continúan intentando mejores resultados en la
competición de RUFZ.
La verdad es que no solo lo intentan, sino que muchos de ellos lo están
logrando y ponen en ello lo mejor de si con un sorprendente entusiasmo..
En el nuevo TOP LIST de la semana pasada se puede ver que ahora DJ1YFK ha
mejorado su perfomance y esta con 1.126 caracteres por minuto, es decir 225
ppm, en tanto que YT7AW subio a 1.093 cpm o 218 ppm.
El nuevo recordman es hoy YO8RJW que logro recibir a 1.000 cpm o 200 ppm.
La chica que más se aproxima es RV9CPW con 702 cpm o 140 ppm y la siguen
Z30RS171 y LZ2CWW con 643 cpm o 128 ppm.

La prueba se realizo contra el software oficial del High Speed Telegraphy Club, RUFZ escrito por Mathias Kolpe, DL4MM, y Alessandro Vitiello, IV3XYM y ellos han donado el premio que recibirá el ganador del concurso.
Sudamericanos clasificados por CPM en la página oficial de RUFZ - Aquí están mezclados por edades, desde menores de 16 y mayores de 60 años. La página los muestra por puntaje obtenido, puede ser que alguien con menor velocidad obtenga mayor puntaje por la cantidad menor de errores cometidos, pero esto es solo para darles una idea de la velocidad que logran los participantes Sudamericanos.

The QRS activity was a lot better supported this
year. Although band conditions were marginal, entrants had an enjoyable
week of activity with members from FISTS and other EUCW club members. A
most pleasurable piece of news is from an amateur colleague in Germany
who used the activity for his first ever "On air" CW QSO! He has asked
me to thank all the OM's and YL's for their patience and understanding,
I'm sure the amateurs concerned were only too pleased to be patient.
This tells us that newcomers will be attracted to the joy of CW if we
can be patient and send
QRS CW. Not just when activities like this are operational, but in our general "CQ's.
Before I post the results of this years activity, lets look at some of the reports from entrants.

Firstly Peter, G3JFS
Altogether I made 115 contacts with 34 countries and 4 continents. I
should have made more but missed a day as I forgot about it on the
Monday. Conditions were atrocious and I think I must have had a moment
of madness when I decided to operate with QRP. 80 m was good in the
evenings and I had some long contacts there. The other bands were not
so helpful and many contacts really
were hard work. QSB was very noticeable so often it was a case of
waiting for a signal to peak and then making a quick exchange of
necessary info before it went down into the noise again.
Best dx was VE1 and WB2 on 40m, 4K6 and K8 on 20m, and EA8 on 17m. Only
33 contacts were with EUCW club members but not all of these were
taking part in the party.
G3JFS Stn: Rig: IC706 with 4 watts output. Antennas – a bent 120 ft end
tuned with a Smartuner in the garden shed or a 40 m doublet with tuned
feeders.

Again, the participation wasn't very strong but I feel it was better
than last year. Unfortunately 2007 has been very avaricious with
sporadic E openings. So there were no 15/12/10/6m QSO's. Here in the
Alpine region the QRN level is real bad so I could hardly use the long
bands during afternoon and evening hours. A CQ loop on2m was answered a
couple of times though.
Anyway, it was a great event and I enjoyed it a lot. It's not even
finished from my point of view because the MMW (Morse Memory Week) of
the German club FMC starts yearly on April 27 (when SFB Morse was born)
and it lasts an entire week.

A SWL log and history from Ullmar, SM5-1252
I have been an SWL since 1945, I was SM4DXL between 1964 and 1978 after
which I put ham radio on the shelf – I believed for good. But old love
never dies…. It awoke at last, my love for CW.
So I am an SWL on the ham bands again. I don't think I'll begin
transmitting again, my contacts with hams are warm through e-mails and
letters in connection with my SWL reports and I like it that way.

I sent lots of times one of my eucw club numbers, mostly SP-CW-C and a few times CTC.
Normally I use a vibroplex from 1994 or a J36 from 1942,So I must learn
again to go QRS now with a Straight Key and I like it vy much. Till

Mike, G4NCU tells me that he had an enjoyable week working 52 QRS
stations in the activity, and it was nice to meet some old friends and
also some new ones. Mike adds that it was a little disappointing that
more FISTS members were not active during the week. (Or maybe he was on
air at the wrong times)

Bryan, G0GSY tells me that his work involves unsociable hours and he
was only able to get on air for a couple of hours during the afternoon,
but nevertheless enjoyed the party even though conditions were poor

I'd like to add just one more thing regarding "QRS". The phrase QRS, is
an ambiguous phrase. But we like to think of it as around 12wpm or
less. (EUCW/FISTS QRS Party rules state a maximum of 14wpm) I hope that
participants will consider this when entering next year, even if their
"CQ QRS" calls are answered by someone who obviously doesn't understand
the phrase QRS and romps along
at a speedy pace. Keep to QRS sending, don't match the other op's
sending speed. Lets keep the spirit of the QRS Party week alive!

primeiras colocações as seguintes estações: PR7AB, PY2YU, PY2NY, PT7AG,
PT7CG, PY2NDX e PR7HR.

Hola amigos:
Quiero anticiparles que ya están los primeros borradores de los resultados
de la edición 2007 del WWSA y ahora los estamos revisando antes de
prepararlos en su formato final para su publicación en el sitio del GACW a
finales del mes de octubre y en el Boletín Radiofrecuencia N° 95 en fecha
similar.
Puedo comentarles que se han recibido 183 planillas correspondientes a
estaciones de DX y 60 son las de América del Sur.
Estos números contrastan mucho con la cifra de 2.190 ( comparados con 1.241
en la edición del año pasado) que corresponden a la cantidad de señales
distintas ingresadas a la base de datos y que en algún momento participaron
del concurso. Esto deja en claro que son muchos los que estuvieron activos
en la búsqueda de algún nuevo país, prefijo, región, etc., que no
participaron activamente del concurso y tampoco han enviado sus planillas.
Tengan presente que la actividad de estaciones de SA también estuvo
acompañada por otros países del resto del mundo y algunos de ellos bastante
poco activos como ZA, etc.
No obstante ello la recopilación de las planillas entregó la sorprendente
cifra de 33.517 comunicados realizados por los competidores en un período de
tan solo 24 horas, este número permite señalar y remarcar que por cada hora
del concurso se estableció un promedio de comunicados superior a los 1.390
QSOs.

There is the first trial of compiling the list of the TOP band
beacons. As You can see its not final version and many of the beacons
listed was reported years ago...maybe an operation has been cancelled

New ARRL Contest Manager to Begin in October
Sean Kutzko, KX9X
The ARRL is pleased to announce that Sean Kutzko, KX9X, will be
assuming the duties of ARRL Contest Manager beginning October 1. First
licensed in 1982 as KA9NGH, Kutzko developed a taste for contesting
after winning the Illinois section in the 1988 ARRL Novice Roundup.
Since then, he has been active in both HF and VHF contesting, as well
as HF DXing and VHF weak-signal communications.
A long-standing member of the Society of Midwest Contesters (SMC) and
a strong advocate of mentoring new contesters, Kutzko has won several
contest and DX awards, including several Top Ten finishes in the ARRL
Sweepstakes SSB contest as a QRP entrant. He has been on two HF
contest DXpeditions, including 6Y7M in the 1994 CQ WPX CW contest, and
V26NA in the 1997 ARRL International DX CW Contest. Kutzko also enjoys
activating rare grid squares by going on "Grid DXpeditions" in the
continental US for the VHF/UHF community. In the late 1990s, Kutzko
published a regular column in the National Contest Journal (NCJ) that
focused on DX locations available for hams to rent for contests or
DXpeditions.
Kutzko holds a BA in communications from the University of Illinois at
Springfield and worked as an announcer and jazz host at National
Public Radio (NPR) affiliates in Illinois and Indiana throughout the
1990s. Most recently, he was the Advertising and Marketing Director
for Area Diesel Service, a diesel parts company based in Carlinville,
Illinois. When he's not involved in Amateur Radio, Kutzko is an active
musician, playing guitar, drums and ethnic percussion, and is working
on his first solo CD. He enjoys studying music history and has a
diverse musical appetite, ranging from classic rock, jazz, blues,
bluegrass, West African highlife and even classical. He is a rabid
baseball fan and follows the Chicago Cubs religiously.
ARRL Membership and Volunteer Programs Manager Dave Patton, NN1N,
said, "I am very pleased to have Sean onboard. He is enthusiastic,
bright, and an active contester, with VHF/UHF contesting and operating
among his favorite activities." Kutzko replaces Tom Hogerty, KC1J, who
resigned as ARRL Contest Manager in early August to pursue other
opportunities.

What is YLRL
Organized in 1939, YLRL (Young Ladies' Radio League) is a nonprofit
organization of women Amateur Radio Licensees. With a membership of
approximately 800, it is international in scope with about 100 of
those members who are DX YLs.

EUROPEAN CW DX CONTEST (WAEDC)

La Deutscher Amateur Radio Club (DARC) invita a todos los
radioaficionados del mundo a participar en este concurso.
Períodos:
CW, segundo fin de semana de agosto (11-12).
Fonía, segundo fin de semana de septiembre (8-9).
RTTY, segundo fin de semana de noviembre (10-11).
Desde las 00:00 UTC del sábado hasta las 24:00 UTC del domingo.
Bandas: 3,5-7-14-21-28 MHz, en los segmentos recomendados por la IARU.
De acuerdo con este plan, no está permitido concursar en las
siguientes ventanas:
CW: 3550-3800; 14060-14350 KHz.
SSB: 3650-3700; 14100-14125; 14300-14350 kHz.
Categorías:
1) Monooperador,100 vatios de potencia máxima de salida.
2) Monooperador, más de 100 vatios de potencia de salida.
3) Multioperador, se permite un cambio de banda cada 10 minutos,
incluyendo el trafico de QTC.
Excepción: se pueden utilizar otros transmisores a la vez para
trabajar multiplicadores en otras bandas.
4) SWL (ver normas especiales más abajo).
NOTA: Se permite el apoyo del cluster DX en todas las categorías. Las
estaciones monooperadores que manifiesten la no utilización del
cluster llevarán el símbolo "-" en los resultados.
Periodos de descanso: En la categoría de monooperador habrá un
descanso de 12 horas, que se puede dividir en 3 períodos, que han de
reflejarse en el sumario.
Intercambio: Sólo son válidos los contactos entre una estación europea
y otra no europea (excepto en RTTY). El intercambio será el usual
compuesto de cinco o seis dígitos (RS/T + número de serie 001. Si la
estación trabajada no pasa número de serie, se numerará ese contacto
con 000. Se puede trabajar la misma estación una vez por banda.
Multiplicadores: Para las estaciones no europeas el multiplicador está
determinado por el número de países trabajados en cada banda (al final
se detallan los países del WAE).
Para las estaciones europeas cada entidad del DXCC no europea
trabajada en cada banda es un multiplicador. Excepción: en los
siguientes países cuentan los distritos como multiplicador: W, VE, VK,
ZL, ZS, JA y PY, más RA8/RA9 y RAØ.
Bonificaciones: El multiplicador en 3,5 MHz se multiplicará por
cuatro; el multiplicador en 7 MHz se multiplicará por tres, y el
multiplicador en 14, 21, 28 MHz se multiplicará por dos.
Tráfico de QTC: Se podrán acreditar puntos adicionales si se hace uso
del llamado tráfico de QTC. Un QTC significa pasar a otra estación los
datos de un QSO realizado anteriormente en el concurso entre una
estación no europea a una europea. El QTC sólo puede enviarse desde
una estación no europea a una europea (excepto en RTTY). a) Un QTC ha
de contener la hora, indicativo y número de QSO de la estación cuyos
datos se están pasando (ej. 1307/DA1AA/431 significa que has trabajado
la estación DA1AA a las 13:07 UTC y que has recibido su número de
serie 431).
b) Un QSO sólo pueden reportarse una vez, pero no a la estación
contactada en el QSO.
c) Cada QTC correctamente transferido vale un punto para el remitente
y otro para el receptor.
d) Se permite intercambiar un máximo de 10 QTC entre dos estaciones,
pudiendo hacerse en varias ocasiones.
e) Los QTC han de transferirse en series de uno a diez QTC. Las series
se numerarán siguiendo este esquema: el primer dígito es el número de
orden y el segundo, el total de QTC de la serie; ejemplo, el QTC 3/7
significa que es la tercera serie de QTC enviados y que se han pasado
los datos de 7 QSO.
f) Por cada serie de QTC transmitidas o recibidas, hay que reflejar en
la lista el número de QTC, la hora y frecuencia de transmisión. Si
algunos de estos datos no figuran en el log, no habrá puntos por estas
series de QTC
Puntuación: Es el total de QSO y QTC multiplicado por la suma de
multiplicadores ponderados según la bonificación de cada banda.
Premios: Se otorgarán diplomas a los campeones de cada categoría en
cada país si la puntuación es razonable. Los campeones continentales
recibirán una placa. También se darán diplomas a las estaciones que
obtengan al menos la mitad de los puntos del campeón de su continente.
Descalificación: La violación de las bases del concurso o una conducta
antideportiva serán motivo suficiente de descalificación.
Listas: Han de ser en formato electrónico, en Cabrillo o STF. Quien no
tenga programa puede bajarse el programa de concursos LM de DL8WAA de

Fecha tope de envío de listas: CW, 15 de septiembre. Fonia, 15 de
octubre. RTTY, 15 de diciembre.
Competición de clubes: El club puede ser un grupo local, no una
organización nacional. La participación está limitada a los miembros
que operan dentro de un radio de 500 Km. Para tenerlos en cuenta debe
recibirse de un club un mínimo de tres listas, indicando claramente en
ellas que se pertenece a dicho club. La puntuación del club se obtiene
sumando los resultados individuales de cada uno de sus componentes. Se
dará un trofeo especial al ganador del club europeo y del club no europeo.
Reglas especiales para SWL: Los SWL sólo podrán participar en la
modalidad de monooperador, toda banda. Cualquier indicativo - europeo
o no europeo- puede ser acreditado una vez por banda. No es necesario
escuchar a las dos estaciones de un QSO pero ha de aparecer en el log
el número de serie enviado por una de las dos y el indicativo de
ambas. Cada QSO acreditado vale 1 punto. y cada QTC cuenta 1 punto
(máximo, 10 por estación) Los multiplicadores son los países del WAE y
del DXCC. NOTA: Se pueden reclamar 2 multiplicadores por un mismo
contacto listado.
Reglas especiales para RTTY: No hay limitaciones continentales: todos
contra todos. El tráfico de QTC, sin embargo, sólo se permitirá entre
continentes distintos. Cada estación puede enviar y recibir QTC, pero
la suma de los intercambiados (enviados más recibidos) no pueden ser
más de 10. En los multiplicadores, se aplica el criterio general,
arriba expuesto.
Premios: Placa a los campeones continentales.
A los que activen países del WAE inactivos en los tres últimos años;
en 2007 son: SV/A, OY, R1F, JX, OJ0, 3A, 4O, 1A0, T7, 4U1V y HV.
A quienes hayan estado entre los diez o seis primeros de la lista en
cinco ocasiones pueden solicitar una placa especial.
El Comité del WAEDC se reserva el derecho de conceder placas adiciones.

Estimados amigos:
El fin de semana correspondiente a los días 10, 11 y 13 de agosto, se
desarrollará el WAEDXC en CW organizado por el DARC de Alemania. Por la
diferencia horaria UTC - LU el concurso se inicia a las 21,00 HLU del día
viernes y finaliza a la misma hora del domingo.
Se trata de la más prestigiosa e importante competición en CW, aunque no
resulta la más fácil para quienes compiten por puestos de importancia.
Se trata de comunicar con tantos europeos como sea posible en todas las
bandas. Se utilizan los multiplicadores de países del continente y existe el
sistema de QTC, mediante el cual es posible reportar QSOs anteriores a
quienes los solicitan y ganar puntos extras por ello. Los que no quieren
complicarse la vida, pueden optar por no pasarlos contestando NIL QTC.

Teniendo en cuenta que en Europa se registra la mayor actividad de
radioaficionados y aunque Ud. no participe con el afán de enviar sus
planillas, es una buena oportunidad para hacer CW con los excelentes
operadores de Alemania y Europa en todas las bandas.

1.- GENERAL: EL OBJETIVO DE LA COMPETICIÓN ES PROMOVER CONTACTOS ENTRE ESTACIONES EN GRUPOS CUALIFICADOS DE ISLAS IOTA Y EL RESTO DEL MUNDO Y ANIMAR A EXPEDICIONES A ISLAS DEL IOTA.
2.- COMIENZO: 1200 UTC DEL SÁBADO, 28 DE JULIO A 1200UTC EL DOMINGO, 29 DE JULIO DE 2007 (EL CONCURSO SIEMPRE SE REALIZA DURANTE EL ULTIMO FIN DE SEMANA DE JULIO).
3.-BANDAS Y MODOS: 3,5 – 7 – 14 – 21 Y 28 MHZ, CW Y SSB, DENTRO DEL PLAN DE BANDAS PERMITIDO POR LA IARU. LOS CONTACTOS EN CW SERÁN REALIZADOS ÚNICAMENTE EN LOS SEGMENTOS APROBADOS DE LAS BANDAS. ( MIRAR EL ANUARIO DE LA RSGB O FUENTES SIMILARES, PARA VER LOS PLANES DE BANDAS APROBADOS POR LA IARU.) 4.- CATEGORÍAS: TODOS LOS PARTICIPANTES DEBEN OPERAR DENTRO DE LOS LÍMITES DE SU CATEGORÍA ESCOGIDA, SIN ESTAR REALIZANDO NINGUNA ACTIVIDAD QUE PUDIERA IMPACTAR EN SU RESULTADO FINAL.
LOS TRANSMISORES Y RECEPTORES DEBEN ESTAR LOCALIZADOS DENTRO DE UN CIRCULO DE 500 METROS DE DIÁMETRO O DENTRO DE LOS LIMITES CARACTERÍSTICOS A LA PROPIEDAD DE LA DIRECCIÓN QUE FIGURE LA LICENCIA DE LA ESTACIÓN, SI FUERA DE MAYOR SUPERFICIE.
4.1.- LOCALIZACIÓN:
ISLAS: ( CUALQUIER ESTACIÓN QUE OPERE DESDE UNA CUALIFICADA ISLA, DEBE ESTAR CATALOGADA EN EL DIRECTORIO IOTA, LAS ESTACIONES QUE OPEREN DESDE UNA ISLA DEBEN ASEGURAR PRIMERAMENTE QUE LA ISLA DE LA CUAL ELLOS OPERARAN ES UNA ISLA CON REFERENCIA VALIDA PARA EL IOTA. CUALQUIER PREGUNTA SOBRE EL PROGRAMA IOTA Y REFERENTE A SU VALIDEZ DEBERÍA SER DIRIGIDA AL MANAGER DEL IOTA G3KMA AL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO: G3KMA@...
RESTO DEL MUNDO: ( CUALQUIER ESTACIÓN QUE NO ESTE EN UNA CUALIFICADA ISLA)
4.2.- OPERADORES: MONO-OPERADOR.
MONO-OPERADOR ASISTIDO: ( LE ESTA PERMITIDO EL USO PASIVO DEL CLUSTER (NUNCA AUTO-ANUNCIARSE, YA QUE NO ESTA PERMITIDO) PERO SI PUEDEN ANUNCIAR ESTACIONES DXS EN LOS CLUSTER Y NETS).
MULTI-OPERADOR: MODO MIXTO Y SOLO LAS 24 HORAS. LAS ESTACIONES MULTI-OPERADORES ESTÁN LIMITADAS A UTILIZAR UN MÁXIMO DE DOS (2) RADIOS. LA SEGUNDA ESTACIÓN DEBE SER USADA PARA BUSCAR Y LLAMAR A OTRAS ESTACIONES, SOLO SI LA ESTACIÓN ENCONTRADA ES UN NUEVO MULTIPLICADOR. ESTA NO PUEDE SER USADA PARA SOLICITAR OTROS CONTACTOS EN OTRAS BANDAS O MODOS, NI PARA LLAMAR A CQ NI PARA PEDIR QRZ EN LA FRECUENCIA DE LAS ESTACIONES DXS.
CUALQUIER QSO QUE NO SEA MULTIPLICADOR REALIZADO ACCIDENTALMENTE CON LA SEGUNDA ESTACIÓN DE RADIO DEBERÍA SER REGISTRADA EN LA LISTA, PERO SERIA PUNTUADA CON CERO (0) PUNTOS.
LAS ESTACIONES MULTI-OPERADORAS PUEDEN HACER USO PASIVO DE LAS REDES DE DXS COMO CLUSTER O NETS. PERO NO AUTO-ANUNCIARSE EN LOS MISMO.
LOS PARTICIPANTES DEBEN INCLUIR UNA LISTA DE LOS OPERADORES QUE HAN PARTICIPADO EN LA ESTACIÓN MULTI-OPERADORAS.
4.3.- MODOS: CW SSB MIXTO (LAS PARTICIPACIONES EN MULTI-OPERADOR DEBEN SER EN MODO MIXTO ÚNICAMENTE, EL RESTO DE ESTACIONES MONO-OPERADOR PUEDEN UTILIZAR CUALQUIER MODO DE LOS TRES MENCIONADOS).
4.4.- TIEMPO DE OPERACIÓN:
24 HORAS
12 HORAS LAS PARTICIPACIONES EN MULTI-OPERADOR DEBEN SER DE 24 HORAS. EN LA CATEGORÍA DE 12 HORAS, LA OPERACIÓN NO TIENE POR QUE SER EN UN PERIODO DE 12 HORAS CONTINUADO, PERO UNA VEZ QUE LA OPERACIÓN HA COMENZADO, DEBE SER POR UN MÍNIMO DE 60 MINUTOS.
4.5.- POTENCIA: CUALQUIER ESTACIÓN QUE NO INDIQUE LA POTENCIA DE SALIDA SERÁ CLASIFICADA COMO ALTA POTENCIA.
ALTA POTENCIA: SERÁ LA MÁXIMA AUTORIZADA Y PERMITIDA POR LAS LEYES DE CADA MINISTERIO DE TELECOMUNICACIONES DE CADA PAÍS, PERO EN CUALQUIER CASO NO SUPERAR MÁS DE 1.500W.
BAJA POTENCIA: ESTA PERMITIDA UN MÁXIMO DE 100 W.
QRP: MÁXIMO 5 WATTS DE SALIDA.
5.- DX-EXPEDICIONES:
5.1.- LAS ESTACIONES EN ISLAS, ADEMÁS, PUEDEN INDICAR QUE ELLOS SON UNA DX-EXPEDICIÓN Y PUEDEN DEFINIRLO COMO DICE DEBAJO, Y COMPETIRÁ EN LA CATEGORÍA DE TROFEOS Y DIPLOMAS DE DX- EXPEDICIÓN (EN UN LISTADO ADICIONAL DE RESULTADOS). ES ESENCIAL QUE USTED ACLARE Y NOTIFIQUE ESTO, SOBRE LA PRIMERA HOJA DE LA LISTA DE ESTACIONES (LOG) ANTES DE LA FECHA LIMITE DE ENTRADA, YA QUE DESPUÉS NO PUEDE SER ACEPTADO.
5.2.- LA DEFINICIÓN DE DX-EXPEDICIÓN PARA ESTE LISTADO OPCIONAL ES ESTA:
- DONDE LA ISLA SOLO PUEDE SER ALCANZADA POR BARCO O POR AIRE (LAS ISLAS QUE SE PUEDAN LLEGAR POR PUENTES, CARRETERAS, ARTIFICIALES O NATURALES NO PUEDEN SER VALIDAS PARA ESTA CATEGORÍA).
- DONDE NINGUNO DE LOS OPERADORES SEA RESIDENTE.
- DONDE LOS OPERADORES LLEVEN TODOS LOS EQUIPOS DE RADIOS Y ANTENAS CON ELLOS Y NO RECIBAN AYUDA DE NINGÚN TIPO DE NINGÚN OPERADOR RESIDENTE.
- DONDE, EN EL CASO DE UNA ESTACIÓN CON 100 W (BAJA POTENCIA) EN UNA ISLA IOTA EN LA CATEGORÍA DX-EXPEDICIÓN , TENDRÁ LAS ANTENAS LIMITADAS A UN ELEMENTO POR BANDA, POR EJEMPLO: ( DIPOLO O VERTICAL). (EN ALTA POTENCIA LAS DX-EXPEDICIONES NO TENDRÁN NINGUNA RESTRICCIÓN DE ANTENAS).
6.- INTERCAMBIOS: ENVIAR EL RS(T) Y NÚMERO SERIAL, COMENZANDO POR EL 001 MÁS LA REFERENCIA IOTA SI ES APLICABLE. ( LAS ESTACIONES IOTA "DEBEN" INCLUIR LA REFERENCIA IOTA COMO PARTE DE SU INTERCAMBIO)
NO USE SISTEMAS DE ENUMERACIÓN SEPARADOS PARA CW Y SSB. PUEDEN PONERSE EN CONTACTO TANTO SOBRE ESTACIONES CW COMO SOBRE SSB EN CADA BANDA.
LOS PARTICIPANTES EN MULTI-OPERADOR PUEDEN ALOJAR SI LO CREEN CONVENIENTE EN BLOQUES SEPARADOS LOS NÚMEROS DE SERIE DE LA ESTACIÓN PRINCIPAL Y LA ESTACIÓN MULTIPLICADORA, PERO ASEGURARSE REALMENTE SI ES POSIBLE QUE NO HAYA NINGUNA DUPLICACIÓN DE NÚMEROS DE SERIE.
7.- PUNTUACIÓN:
7.1.- PUNTOS POR QSO: TODOS LOS PARTICIPANTES PUEDEN TRABAJARSE ENTRE TODOS, SEAN ISLAS O NO. LOS CONTACTOS QUE NO SEAN ESTACIONES EN ISLAS CUENTAN 3 PUNTOS, LOS CONTACTOS CON ISLAS IOTA CUENTAN 15 PUNTOS EXCEPTO QUE, SI USTED ESTA EN UNA ISLA Y CONTACTA CON VUESTRA PROPIA REFERENCIA TAMBIÉN CUENTA 3 PUNTOS.
7.2.- MULTIPLICADORES: LOS MULTIPLICADORES ES EL TOTAL DE DIFERENTES REFERENCIAS IOTA CONTACTADAS EN CADA BANDA EN CW, MÁS EL TOTAL DE REFERENCIA IOTA CONTACTADAS EN CADA BANDA EN SSB. LAS ESTACIONES MULTI-OPERADOR NO PUEDEN TRABAJAR MIEMBROS DE SU PROPIO GRUPO PARA MULTIPLICAR COMO CRÉDITO.
7.3.- RESULTADO TOTAL: EL RESULTADO ES EL TOTAL DE PUNTOS DE QSO SOBRE TODAS LAS BANDAS AñADIDAS JUNTAS, MULTIPLICADAS POR EL TOTAL DE LOS MULTIPLICADORES TRABAJADOS.
8.- LISTAS:
8.1.- LAS LISTAS ELECTRÓNICAS POR DISCOS O POR CORREO ELECTRÓNICO ES REQUERIDA PARA TODOS LOS PARTICIPANTES QUE HAYAN USADO COMPUTADORAS PARA HACER EL CONCURSO O HAYAN PREPARADO SUS LISTAS CON LA MISMA DESPUÉS DE HABER FINALIZADO EL CONCURSO. LAS ENTRADAS ELECTRÓNICAS SON PREFERIDAS, PREFERENTEMENTE EN EL FORMATO CABRILLO ( UNA DEFINICIÓN DEL FORMATO CABRILLO APLICABLE AL CONCURSO IOTA, PUEDEN SER ENCONTRADAS EN LA PAGINA WEB DE LA RSGB HFCC). PARA OTROS FORMATOS DE LISTAS ELECTRÓNICAS, ENVÍE EL ARCHIVO DEL LISTADO PERO NO ENVÍE UN ARCHIVO SUMARIO. EL ROBOT DEL CONCURSO LE DIRIGIRÁ A UNA PÁGINA WEB DONDE LE PEDIRÁN ENTRAR ESTA INFORMACIÓN. SIEMPRE ASEGURE QUE SU PROGRAMA DE LOG PRODUCE UN ARCHIVO DE LOG QUE CONTENGA CORRECTAMENTE TODOS LOS DATOS DE QSO. USTED PREPARE SU LISTADO ELECTRÓNICAMENTE POR CUALQUIER MEDIO ( POR EJEMPLO: EXCEL, WORD) ENTONCES POR FAVOR ENVIÉ LA VERSIÓN ELECTRÓNICA DE LA LISTA, CON ESTO REDUCE LA NECESIDAD DE ESCRIBIR A MAQUINA DE NUEVO TODOS LOS NUEVOS DATOS. 8.7.- LAS ESTACIONES DE ISLAS – POR ESTAR ENVIANDO UNA LISTA PARA ESTE CONCURSO USTED ESTARÁ DE ACUERDO QUE LA RSGB PUEDA AUTOMÁTICAMENTE CONCEDER EL CRÉDITO A MUCHOS DE LOS PARTICIPANTES EN EL PROGRAMA IOTA QUE RECLAMEN SU RESULTADO DE QSOS TRABAJADO, QUE RAZONABLEMENTE EMPAREJEN LOS DATOS DE SU LISTADO (ESTA FACILIDAD ESTA SIENDO INCLUIDA EN LA SIGUIENTE GENERACIÓN DEL PROGRAMA IOTA, ACTUALMENTE BAJO PERFECCIONAMIENTO Y DESARROLLO).
8.8.- LAS FOTOGRAFÍAS DE LAS OPERACIONES DURANTE EL CONCURSO IOTA SON BIENVENIDAS Y SE ESTARÍAN ANUNCIANDO SOBRE LA PÁGINA WEB DE HFCC O USADAS EN LA SECCIÓN RADCOM. NO ENVÍES TUS FOTOS COMO PARTE DEL MENSAJE DEL ENVIÓ DE TU LISTA, PERO PUEDES ENVIARLAS POR SEPARADO A: IOTACONTEST@... TAMBIÉN TENDRÍA OPORTUNIDAD PARA SUBIR SUS FOTOGRAFÍAS CUANDO USTED TERMINE EL ENVIÓ DE SU LISTADO.
8.9.- UNA VEZ QUE LOS RESULTADOS DEL CONCURSO HAYAN SIDO PUBLICADOS, ESTARÁN DISPONIBLES LOS INFORMES UBN POR PETICIÓN A ESTE CORREO ELECTRÓNICO: IOTACONTEST@...
9.0.- PENALIZACIONES: LOS PUNTOS PUEDEN SER REDUCIDOS, O PARTICIPANTES DESCALIFICADOS, POR LA VIOLACIÓN DE LAS REGLAS O EL ESPÍRITU DEL CONCURSO. ESTO INCLUYE, POR EJEMPLO EL RECHAZO POR ESTACIONES DE ISLAS IOTA POR NO HACER CONTACTOS CON SU PROPIO PAÍS CUANDO SEA SOLICITADO. EL EMPLEO DE UN TERCERO PARA HACER CONTACTOS EN UNA LISTA O NET, TRABAJAR MULTIPLICADORES EN CW EN UNA FRECUENCIA DE SSB, O NO DANDO LA REFERENCIA IOTA POR CADA CONTACTO. LA DECISIÓN DEL RESPONSABLE DEL CONCURSO IOTA Y LA RSGB QUE IMPUGNA EL COMITÉ ES FINAL EN TODOS LOS ASUNTOS DE DISCUSIÓN.
10.- DIPLOMAS: SE CONCEDERÁN CERTIFICADOS A LAS ESTACIONES GANADORAS EN CADA CATEGORÍA Y SECCIÓN, EN CADA CONTINENTE, SEGÚN EL NUMERO DE ENTRADAS. "" I-La República Argentina rechaza la inclusión y la referencia a las Islas Malvinas, Islas Georgias del Sur y Sandwich del Sur por parte del Reino Unido de Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte como territorios dependientes, efectuadas al momento de ratificar la Constitución y el Convenio de la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones (U.l.T.), adoptados en Ginebra (Confederación Suiza), el 22 de diciembre de 1992 y reafirma su soberanía sobre dichas islas, que son parte integrante del territorio nacional de la República Argentina.
Quiero comunicarles nuestra alegría en relación con los resultados obtenidos en el WWSA 2007 que organiza el GACW cada mes de junio.
Con cerca del 85% de las planillas cargadas en la base de datos y las planillas escritas que hemos recibido, podemos indicarles, que pese a las desfavorables condiciones de propagación durante las 24 horas de su desarrollo, esta edición se ha convertido en un éxito resonante.
Al momento estas son las cifras que tanta alegría y satisfacción nos producen y deseo comunicarselas.
- Para la edición 2006 se recibieron 150 planillas y en esta ocasión son 250 las que ya han llegado, lo que representa un aumento del 66%.
- Para la edición 2006 las estaciones que participaron fueron casi 1.000, para este año 2007 el numero ya supera las 2.600, es decir algo mas del 160% de aumento.
- Para la edición 2006 la cantidad de comunicados efectuados alcanzo la cifra de 10.000, en tanto que ahora ya supera los 25.000, aumento que significa más del 150%..
Restan unas 15 planillas por computar y hay otras mas en viaje.
Teniendo en cuenta que nuestra fiesta es una competencia considerada de segundo orden en importancia en el concierto internacional y que la misma se realiza en un periodo de 24 horas de duración, las cifras mencionadas demuestran el suceso alcanzado y la aceptación a nuestra invitación.
Este éxito no es solo del GACW sino que es el resultado de la identidad Sudamericana con un objetivo común y el acompañamiento de quienes creen en el "Continente de la Esperanza".
